Event Name: Training cum demonstration on mushroom cultivation under ARYA Project

Objective of the event: A training cum demonstration was organized under the sponsorship of ARYA Project on mushroom cultivation. The main objective of the training was to impart technical knowledge on mushroom cultivation specially for rural youth, school drop outs and practicing farm women. Besides generating extra income during a short span of crop period. Imparting job roles on mushroom cultivation and entrepreneur  

About the event:  A one day training cum demonstration program was successfully organised for the rural youth, school drop outs and practicing farm women under the sponsorship of ARYA Project. The various methods for substrate sterilization was demonstrated. The trainees were much interested in chemical sterilization as it could achieve without much expenses on gas stove and firewood for hot water sterilization. Practical demonstration was done and trainees was much interested to practice as job role in achieving extra income generation and entrepreneur. The empowerment of livelihood could be easily achieved through mushroom farming and improving the livelihood sustainability.
